Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

On daily basis I used to do some measurement exercise, along with attending meetings with client and visiting the site. I also got an opportunity to estimate the cost plans, do some arithmetic check and understanding the drawings.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

From the first week, I was introduced to different pattern of work. Which included meeting with clients, online weekly meetings and documentation work of the project.

Yes, I can read the drawings without getting confuse. Also understood how to make the procurement documentation, monthly reports and tender reports.
