Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

On a day to day basis I registered candidates and filled roles that were needed to be filled.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was given a lot of responsibilities as I was in charge of making sure city of london and kier were happy with the candidates provided who is my client. As well as this I was in charge of making sure my candidates got paid on time.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I received guidance from my manager Sumayya Datoo. Who has been the absolute best in teaching me and training me to be up to speed as other consultants at hays. She has been nothing but the best.
