Recruiting for construction trades and labour on a temp desk.
Role includes, marketing, candidate calls, site visits, interviewing candidates and admin.

I was given responsibility for the team socials and social value pieces such as arranging job fairs.

I was given a lot of support from my manager however I could have done with a little bit more guidance when i didn’t understand something at the start of my role.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was good and they tried to keep the socials up but the culture in my team was excellent. We became very close and it was a very friendly atmosphere to be in.
