I work on various projects related to mechanical engineering for the building services department. Stages of the projects ranging from future planning, schematics and site visits

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, handed my own sections of projects that I was tasked to work on, some lasting for a week, help was always available, but mostly I had the responsibility of completing these myself

I thoroughly enjoyed the responsibility and excitement of my work each day having an impact on the world, knowing that in the future I could see what I had designed on buildings in my area.
