Gained an insight into the quantitative finance industry, through workshops and presentations on topics including statistics, finance, machine learning and NLP.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Really insightful to learn more about the business, and it was interesting to see how cutting-edge academic research is leveraged by such companies.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Really friendly and helpful atmosphere throughout. Very academically oriented which is nice, and easy to speak to everyone about their academic interests.
