Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

A mix of technical calculations (using spreadsheets and calculators) and using software to make schematics/models for the mechanical building services.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given responsibility to work on time-pressured tasks which were essential for the projects I was working on.
I was also given tasks which were then discussed in meetings with some of the more senior employees.
