Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, there is always room for more work. The continuous engagement to my work made it more challenging and kept me going. There has not been a single day when I didn't had any work to do. The work plan was very comprehensive, ensuring development in all areas.

I have been very well supported throughout my placement journey. From day one of the orientation, I have been provided with proper instructions on how to make the most out of my placement period. Throughout this role, I have had a buddy system in place, in addition to my manager as a constant support and guidance.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

In this Marine Marketing and Project Management placement at Cummins, I have tried to inculcate the company's core values while keeping my energy high. I believe I have this hunger to learn, to make an impact, compete with my teammates and most importantly, I really enjoyed sharing this camaraderie between a so diverse group of talented individuals.
