Most of the support I received was informal. Asking questions through collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and having impromptu discussions based on those queries.
Colleagues were always a great help, never impatient or dismissive.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
There was never an overbearing pressure to meet any unrealistic deadlines or managers breathing down my neck.
The culture and atmosphere of my office was generally very positive.
