Industrial engineer Review

my role is to assist my supervisor within the project theyre in and often i will do the work and they would give me suggestions on how to improve my tasks then which the line manager would check it. Ive been involved in TRU and Victoria North project and with some seminars about new knowledge or skills that I can gain

I have been given a good reasonable amount of responsibility in which i would try to find out if any extra work can be given and whenever i was stuck during my task i would refer to my previous example before asking for help and taking it upon myself to know how the process of my task works

Ive developed and gained considerable amount of skills that have enabled me to further progress in my knowledge anout engineerign including: software, teamwork, different deadlines needed to be met, getting different taste of various projects and knowing the how abouts for each of them and writing up reports to the standard for Arup

i was given a lot of support which included monthly meeting with my line manager for regular catch up and weekly meetings with my supervisor to see how my tasks were going and just to see everything was fine at work and away from work. Also, various people besides my line manager and supervisor provided me guidance in terms of effiency and knowledge

the company culture is brilliant since it has events for different cultures and always informs employers about different culture days that are going on around the world and the general atmosphere is good, with the mix of consistenly working hard and having some talking time with people

I have thoroughly enjoyed my placement with meeting new people witg vast amount of knowledge in which i have learnt from them and gaining lots of experience personally by working with them and individually with some research and allowing myself to have these useful links so that we can benefit from each other
