Yes, I was given more responsibility than I originally thought although this has greatly improved my progression in my career.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Arup has a great, hard working culture and atmosphere with lots of team building acitivities and events taking place all year round, where placement students not only have the option of attending but are very much encouraged to attend.
