Our Design & Technical team ensures our homes are designed, detailed and engineered to the highest standards.

The team manages architects, engineers and other consultants to make sure drawings are clear, compliant and fully adhered to throughout the build. If you’re interested in engineering, architecture, designing solutions or construction technology, Design & Technical could be for you.

Through our RISE Programme, you will enrol onto a Level 4 apprenticeship in Design & Technical, gaining hands‑on experience while working toward industry recognised qualifications. The Design & Technical RISE Trainee position offers a clear progression route into technical coordination and management, with the opportunity to continue onto a degree apprenticeship and build a long‑term technical career with us at Vistry.

To be eligible to apply, you’ll need four GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English, and have completed or be on track to complete a Level 3 qualification such as A‑Levels, BTEC or T‑Levels before the start date in September 2027.

RISE Trainee Programmes will be opening application in January 2027 for a September 2027 start.
