As a member of the construction team, you’ll be involved in turning drawings into reality; working across trades teams, overseeing build progress and inspecting plots to ensure quality and safety. If you enjoy building places, creating spaces, designing solutions, engineering, team working and project management, this pathway could be for you.

Through our RISE Programme, you will enrol onto a Level 4 apprenticeship, gaining hands‑on experience while working toward industry recognised qualifications. The Construction RISE Trainee position offers a clear progression route into site management and project management, with the opportunity to continue onto a degree apprenticeship and build a long‑term construction career with us at Vistry.

To be eligible to apply, you’ll need four GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English, and have completed or be on track to complete a Level 3 qualification such as A‑Levels, BTEC or T‑Levels before the start date in September 2027.

RISE Trainee Programmes will be opening application in January 2027 for a September 2027 start.
