Our Commercial team manages project costs, procures materials and appoints subcontractors to ensure every development is delivered efficiently and commercially successful.

If you enjoy budgeting, numbers, buying, negotiating and process management, this pathway could be for you.

Through our RISE Programme, you will enrol onto a Level 4 apprenticeship, gaining hands‑on experience while working toward industry recognised qualifications. The Commercial RISE Trainee position offers a clear progression route into Quantity Surveying, with the opportunity to continue onto a degree apprenticeship and build a long‑term commercial career with us at Vistry.

To be eligible to apply, you’ll need four GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths and English, and have completed or be on track to complete a Level 3 qualification such as A‑Levels, BTEC or T‑Levels before the start date in September 2027.

RISE Trainee Programmes will be opening application in January 2027 for a September 2027 start.
