Purpose of the Role
This is a great opportunity to start a career in Facilities Management through a Level 2 apprenticeship, gaining hands-on experience while supporting a busy regional operations team. You’ll work closely with the team, building your skills across administration, site support, and data analysis.
Throughout the apprenticeship, you’ll develop a strong understanding of how our sites operate, supporting decision-making through data and gaining exposure to audits and operational processes. - Support sites in completing NCT audits and help track and follow up on actions
- Work with the team to monitor and reduce backlog activities
- Build an understanding of Facilities Management processes and how sites operate
- Provide general support across the team as business needs evolve
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Facilities Services Operative Apprenticeship Level 2 qualification which normally runs for 12 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification by attending college 1-day per week, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
