Our Business Management Summer Internship

Our Business Management scheme is designed to ignite a spark in our leaders of the future. Unlocking your leadership potential and equipping you with a diverse set of skills, from project and people management to strategic and analytical thinking. Whether you’re embedded in one of our customer brands, including British Gas, Hive and PH Jones, or part of a central function, you’ll have the opportunity to make tangible differences to our operations, championing customer experience at the heart of our business.

You will be provided with an unparalleled level of support with access to buddies, mentors, and experienced line managers, as well as having a ready-made network of graduates across the business to tap into. We offer roles across a range of areas including project management, commercial delivery, strategy, and operations, across various UK office locations.

At Centrica, we believe face-to-face collaboration is key to making the most of your internship. While we support flexible working across the business, our summer interns are based full-time, predominantly in our London/Berkshire office to maximise learning, connection, and development.

What we need from you:

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• If required, able to travel and stay away from home during your internship - flexibility is key to making the most of your experience!
• Have the right to work in the UK.
