Our Finance Summer Internship places you right at the heart of life as a Finance Professional in one of the worlds’ leading integrated energy companies. You’ll work with one of our core teams who, among other things, provide financial control, performance analysis, critical insight, and decision support across all areas of our business.

No prior finance experience, no problem! We’re looking for people who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get stuck in and bring plenty of energy and ideas. In return, you’ll get to develop career-boosting skills and could earn yourself a place on our 2026 Finance Graduate programme.

We want you to experience as much as possible and be able to soak up and learn about the wonderful world of Finance and life at Centrica. We will be with you throughout your journey to give you all the support you need!

At Centrica, we believe face-to-face collaboration is key to making the most of your internship. While we support flexible working across the business, our summer interns are based full-time, predominantly in our London/Berkshire office to maximise learning, connection, and development.

We want you to count yourself in!

• Expecting a minimum 2:1 degree (2:2 if combined with a Masters)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
• Have the right to work in the UK
