To join one of our 12-month Internships you will be:

• Currently be an undergraduate studying at University and applying for a Placement year in your 2nd or final year
• Looking for work experience after completing A-Levels or equivalent course or an Apprenticeship
• Eligible to work in the UK without restriction for the duration of the internship from June 2027 - July 2028.

What will I be doing?

As an IT Workplace Operation intern you will be key to the successful productivity of the team. Technical support is our main function, but the intern will spend more time focusing on team productivity ensuring processes and practices are being carried out to a high standard. At times you will act as junior project manager getting exposure to all projects and initiatives and will help ensure those are being delivered to the quality and time expectations of TechEx UK customers. These activities could be supporting placing orders for a building refurbishment in Europe, performing stock inventory checks or providing reporting data on monthly operation reviews.

What do I need to bring to the role?

• An interest in technology and some basic level of expertise in IT and software
• Highly organised mindset
• Ability to work independently whilst being proactive and forward thinking
• Experience using the Microsoft Office 365 suite, specifically Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams & Excel.
• Basic understanding of Finance/ Mathematics.
