Programme Structure

• Two 12-Month Rotations: Long Tail & Short Tail business areas
• Switch after 12 months to gain full-spectrum experience
• Short-Term Rotations: 1–2 week placements in external teams to broaden your perspective

Entry Requirements

• 2:2 degree or above (any discipline, any university)
• 3 A Levels (Grades A–C or equivalent)
• GCSE Maths (Grade 7+) & English (Grade 4+)
