About the Apprenticeship

  • Rotate through three key areas of our HR function over 18 months: HR Operations – Get hands-on with the foundations of HR; Learning & Development, Reward & Benefits, or Talent Acquisition – Tailored to your strengths and interests; Final Rotation – Deepen your experience and prepare for your next step.
  • By the end of the programme, you’ll be ready to move into a full-time role in our People & Sustainability team – or even progress to a Level 5 HR qualification!

Entry Requirements
