What You’ll Do

• Over 36 months, you’ll rotate through key areas of our Finance function, gaining hands-on experience, technical training, and leadership exposure
• Support from mentors, programme sponsors, and an early careers community
• Work on real projects that matter, in a team that values collaboration, diversity of thought, and doing the right thing

Who You Are

• You hold (or are on track for) a 2:2 degree or above in any discipline
• 3 A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent, plus GCSE Maths (A) and English (C)
• You’re curious, driven, and ready to make a difference
