We know women are currently underrepresented in financial services and tech, and we’re working to change that. Take the first step and turn ambition into action with an Insight Experience.

Our Engineering Insights Day in Edinburgh is a one-day, in-person, immersive event that gives you a taste of life at NatWest Group. And could lead to an internship in 2027.

You’ll:

• Meet inspiring leaders and potential future colleagues.
• Get an insight into the types of roles and projects you could work on.
• Learn new skills relevant to the role you’ve applied to.
• Be invited to an assessment centre for our 2027 internships after the event.

If you need to travel to Edinburgh from another part of the UK that’s no problem, you’ll get up to £100 travel expenses.
