Are you graduating in 2028 and thinking about a career in banking or tech?

We know women are currently underrepresented in financial services and tech, and we’re working to change that. Take the first step and turn ambition into action with an Insight Experience.

Our Insight Experiences are one-day, in-person, immersive events that give you a taste of life at NatWest Group. And could lead to an internship in 2027.

You’ll:

• Meet inspiring leaders and potential future colleagues.
• Get an insight into the types of roles and projects you could work on.
• Learn new skills relevant to the role you’ve applied to.
• Be invited to an assessment centre for our 2027 internships after the event.

If you need to travel to London from another part of the UK that’s no problem, you’ll get up to £100 travel expenses.

We’re running Insight Experience for Women days in London for various roles including Relationship Management and Software Engineering. Take a look at the eligibility criteria and what might be right for you and then start your application. Some of the steps here form part of the internship application process, so you’ll be ahead of the game and won’t need to do them again.
