Digital Support Level 3 Apprenticeship - Archibald Sharp & Son

Archibald Sharp & Son are a busy Scottish Law Firm based in Partick, they have been providing a full range of Legal Services to clients across Scotland for over 135 years. They are looking for someone to join their growing team as an apprentice!

What will I be doing?

  • Working as first response to all incoming enquiries, problem solving and ensuring calls are transferred and messages passed on accurately to internal stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for managing and monitoring all queries sent to a central email address for Archibald Sharp, distributing tickets and triaging them where necessary
  • Working to become a super user of the Lawware system, Updating, maintaining and retrieving information within this. This is the organisation’s case management system so you will also be ensuring digital records are accurate and stored in line with company procedures
  • Working on the finance side of Lawware to support with payments
  • Using Microsoft Packages as part of your daily routine, you will be emailing with Outlook and collaborating internally through Teams
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring documentation is logged, stored, scanned or forwarded as required using digital filing systems

  • Strong communication skills
  • Confident in speaking to others

Salary:

£18,500 per annum

Working hours:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Benefits:

  • 1 hour lunch each day – office is closed between 1-2
  • Parking permit to allow you to park at our office
  • Potential of a full-time role on completion
