Our apprenticeship opportunities:

Software Engineering Apprentice - Bristol, BS16

Do you enjoy solving problems and building things that work?

You will join a friendly technology team, work on real projects, write code, test ideas and see the impact of your work. We will support you as you build your skills and confidence and help shape the future of our digital services.

Data Analytics Apprentice - Bristol, BS16

Are you curious about how things work and enjoy working with data?

You will help make sense of the information we use every day, prepare data for others, and support teams across the business to make better decisions for our customers.

Our scholarship programme

As a Motability Operations Scholarship student, you can receive:

• A bursary of up to £9,600 per academic year, for up to four years
• Paid summer placements at our London, Bristol or Edinburgh offices
• Mentoring and ongoing support during your studies
• Experience across areas like Technology, Finance, Customer Services, Marketing, Human Resources and more

We offer two scholarship opportunities:

• Disability Scholarship - For students who consider themselves to have a disability, a long term health condition, or who are neurodiverse.
• Ethnicity Scholarship - For students who consider themselves to be from an Asian, Black, Mixed or ethnic background.

You can be studying any subject. What matters to us is curiosity, motivation and a desire to do well, both personally and professionally.
