Join our Early Careers team for an interactive virtual masterclass that demystifies how artificial intelligence is reshaping graduate recruitment and shows you how to keep your application authentic. In this session we will explore practical ways to harness digital tools responsibly while maintaining the authenticity that sets you apart.

You will gain a behind-the-scenes view of how Ashurst approaches AI, discover what responsible use of generative technology actually means, and learn how to strike the perfect balance between innovation and integrity. We will cover everything from drafting compelling answers that capture your personality, to preparing for online assessments in a manner that reflects your genuine ability, through to shining at interviews and assessment centres with clear, confident communication and commercial awareness.
