Our teams turn information into insight, to help us make smarter decisions. Building secure systems and using predictive analytics and AI, we create more personalised experiences for our customers.

You might work to code technical changes, build interactive dashboards to present data in meaningful ways, or experiment with AI models to uncover new insights.

We'll immerse you in projects that build both technical and business skills. You’ll also follow a personalised learning pathway, all whilst making a real impact

Security & Resilience

We protect what matters most, our members’ money and data. From monitoring threats to securing cloud services, we help keep Nationwide safe, trusted, and available.

You could be working on threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and event monitoring, alongside experts in engineering, architecture, and consultancy.

We’ll help you build core technical skills as you unlock challenges and contribute to improving the security of our products and services.

Cloud, Digital & Integration

A growing part of Nationwide’s technical capability, we support over five million customers through digital self-service. We bring ideas to life, building and improving the technology behind our mobile banking app and internet bank.

You could be working across our cloud-based application programming interface, data integration, automation testing, and continuous delivery pipelines. You’ll also test and deploy your solutions so you can see the true impact of your work on our customers.
