Generalist, Human Resources
Our HR teams are focused on building the most capable workforce, in service of our 16 million members. Our high-performance teams work across the organisation to help us deliver banking that is fairer, more rewarding, and for the good of society.
You will work across our HR teams, building rewarding relationships to understand customer needs and resolve problems.
Change, Business Services
Our Business Services team keeps us running smoothly, managing the spaces, systems, and partnerships that support our colleagues every day.
We have placements in Colleague Enablement and Communications and Engagement, ideal for those who want to create great colleague experiences while building core business skills.
You’ll help coordinate training, support onboarding, manage budgets, craft communications, and drive continuous improvement through data and reporting.
Customer Strategy
Our Group Customer & Communications teams work to understand customer needs and then build compelling experiences and communications to meet these.
You will be joining the Which? Banking Brand of the Year and will work across our high-performing Customer Strategy teams to build your skills in research, insight, customer strategy, vulnerability and data visualisation & reporting.
We don’t have shareholders, and so your work will contribute to our 16 million members, you’ll feel that impact from day one.
