Financial Management

We shape the strategy to keep Nationwide financially resilient. From future planning to scenario testing, we support smart financial decisions across the organisation.

Financial Reporting

We sit at the heart of Nationwide's statutory and regulatory financial reporting. Our team is responsible for the delivery of high-quality external reporting to markets and regulators. We ensure financial information is accurate, transparent, and meets regulatory standards.

During your placement, you will develop knowledge and skills in Financial Reporting and a strong network across our high-performing teams.

Treasury

Our Treasury team works to optimise member value and protect Nationwide’s balance sheet. We support the organisation through managing interest rate risk, raising wholesale funding and maintaining liquidity

During your placement, you’ll develop core business skills while working alongside high-performing teams.
