About the programme

Our Data, Digital and Technology (DDAT) internship is designed to prepare you for a future in data-driven decision making within financial regulation. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work alongside our data, digital, technology, and innovation teams, gaining hands-on experience that supports smarter, more agile regulation.

You’ll develop core skills in judgement, engagement, self-management, and delivery, all within a data-driven and technology-rich environment. During your placement, you could be working on projects that involve analysing complex datasets, developing digital tools, supporting the implementation of innovative technologies, or contributing to the FCA’s digital transformation. This internship offers the chance to shape the future of financial regulation.

Before you join, we’ll match you with a team that will help you build the skills, knowledge, and experience you need for a successful career in financial services. Successful interns will be offered a place on our graduate scheme in the same location.

Note: Successful interns will be offered a place on our graduate scheme in the same location. Please apply for the internship in the location where you would also want to work as a graduate.
