Data Analyst Higher Apprenticeship
We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Data Analyst Apprentice to join Complex Facilities in our Business Improvement team.
Salary: £24,548 per annum
Location: All Saints House, Lodge Road, Birmingham, B18 5BJ
Working Hours: 37.5 hours Monday to Friday
As part of your Apprenticeship, you will be enrolled onto a Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship for 24 months. You will be fully supported by our partnered college to achieve this qualification, having 1-2-1 advice and support, e-learning materials, and a whole team of experts on hand for advice and technical knowledge at your office.
The Data Administrator supports the Business Improvement team by capturing, validating, and reporting performance data to help monitor and improve operational outcomes. This role involves working closely with local data owners, managing data quality, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting across various systems.
Key Duties:
- Capture and collate performance data such as KPIs, utilisation, and timesheets.
- Liaise with local data owners to ensure systems support data capture and reporting needs.
- Export, cleanse, and validate data for performance reporting systems.
- Handle stakeholder queries and support ad hoc data requests from the Business Improvement team.

- Able to work with lot of information and data.
- English and Maths GCSE level 4/C or above.
- Able to use basic Microsoft packages.
