Why KPMG Business Services (KBS)?

When people across the firm need support, advice and expertise, they turn to KPMG Business Services. There’s a wealth of variety and opportunity within KBS, which makes it an ideal place to start an apprenticeship. You’ll thrive, be empowered to grow and do work that really matters.

Life as a KBS apprentice

As an apprentice, you will undertake a variety of administrative tasks to support KPMG colleagues. You’ll also learn how we use data and reporting that are essential to optimising performance.Throughout your apprenticeship you’ll be part of Administration Services KPMG (ASK), where specific tasks might include anything from producing documents to organising travel or supporting recruitment initiatives. In the second year, you may join one of the other operational teams, where there will be opportunities to develop specialist skills and knowledge. You’ll be based in either Birmingham or Leeds, spending two days each week in the office. We value the learning that you can get from collaborating closely with colleagues in person but also offer the flexibility to work from home on the other days.

Your future

At the end of the apprenticeship, our structured training will have helped you build a range of relevant skills to prepare you for a career in business services. You’ll also have a professional qualification that’s recognised widely (a Business Administration Level 3) and hands-on experience within one of the world’s leading professional services firms.
