KPMG Abilities Talent Insight Programmes

These paid, 3-day programmes (24th – 26th June 2026 inclusive) give you the opportunity to develop your professional network, immerse yourself into life at KPMG, and see how you could make the difference in a career with us.

We offer opportunities across Audit and Tax. Whichever programme you choose, you’ll have the chance to meet inspirational people from our diverse KPMG community, build your skills and explore the breadth of career opportunities we offer.

Whilst on the programme, you’ll also have the opportunity to take an assessment, and if successful, you could secure a position on one of our autumn 2026 graduate programmes or an autumn 2027 graduate programme, depending on your graduation year.

We offer the following programmes nationwide:

  • Audit
  • Tax

The Abilities Talent Insight Programme is aimed at students with a disability or long-term condition who are seeking an insight into a career in Audit or Tax and are in their penultimate, final year of study or have already graduated.

Disability covers a broad range of conditions, both visible and non-visible. Some of the conditions covered under this definition include, but are not limited to, autism spectrum conditions, ADHD, cancer, cerebral palsy, depression and other mental health conditions, diabetes, dyslexia, dyspraxia, hearing impairments, HIV, IBS, limb loss, lupus, ME, MS, spinal column injury, stroke, and visual impairments, in each case which has a long term and substantial effect on your ability to carry out normal daily activities.

Training and benefits

This programme provides an opportunity to find out what it’s like to work for a leading professional services firm whilst gaining valuable practical experience and kick-starting your career. You’ll learn about the world of work, enhance your CV and start building those all-important professional networks.
