What is in it for you?

This is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing boutique agency with its people at the heart of what they do. You will learn from industry leaders, contribute meaningfully to the team, and have your voice heard. We will be completely in support of your development, as we know you will be in ours.

Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Executive Apprentice to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in executing digital and social strategies and coordinating with multi-disciplinary marketing specialists to deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the department Director for EMEA and supervised by an Account Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining strong relationships and providing exceptional client service via timely communication and administration support.
  • Under the guidance of the Account Manager, implement digital strategies that align with client objectives and drive measurable results.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize social campaigns across both organic and paid LinkedIn.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, create reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to the media account manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including content, analytics, and freelancers to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A basic understanding of what B2B marketing means. Don’t worry, we know you’ll have a lot to learn.

  • A keen understanding of various digital and social platforms. You use them daily.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – you thrive in social situations and carry conversations with ease.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject.

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working hours:
