Roseanna Grace Physiotherapy is a thriving, specialist physiotherapy clinic based in the centre of Jesmond (Metro station 5 minutes’ walk away) with nearby parking. We treat a variety of complex and specialist patients of all ages and backgrounds and no two days are ever the same!

Roseanna Grace is friendly practice and Roseanna’s goal is not only to welcome an apprentice to join the team but to then hopefully be kept on permanently as a member of the expanding team! We have previously had business admin apprentices to support with our office, this time, we are looking for someone to help us to help us utilise our data also.

Responsibilities:

  • Analysing patient’s data such as BMI, age etc and whether this effects their recovery time. You will help the business gain valuable insights from the data that we have collected over the past 5 years.
  • Answering the telephone.
  • Greeting patients.
  • Analysing patient data.
  • Using bespoke IT systems (arranging appointments and making diary changes).

Full training will be given, as well as learning essential data skills.

Desirable skills:

We’re looking for someone who is a great team player, able to multitask and take accountability. You must have a professional approach and be trustworthy. We’d love to have someone join the team who is passionate about wellbeing and healthcare. You must be comfortable with talking and booking in patients with sensitive health needs.

  • Confident/outgoing.
  • Time flexible.
  • Punctual.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Driven and willingness to learn.

Entry requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

Working week:

37.5 hours a week with the following working pattern:

  • Tuesday 12pm - 8pm.
  • Wednesday 11am - 7.30pm.
  • Thursday 8am - 6pm.
  • Friday 8am - 6pm.
  • One Saturday a month 8am - 6pm.
  • Sundays and Mondays off.

Benefits:

  • 4x day working week.
  • Free parking.
  • 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Employer pension upon request.
  • Free level 1 Pilates teacher training.

Future prospects:

90% of QA Apprentices secure permanent employment after finishing their apprenticeship. Additionally, there may be opportunities to undertake further apprenticeship training as many of our programs offer on-going development tracks.
