Programme overview

Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) is part of the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Consulting team which is a joint venture with our Finance consulting team. We help CFOs solve the most complex accounting and reporting challenges, and drive a shift to digital finance, sustainable finance and broader finance and treasury transformation whilst leveraging technology.

There is a focus in the market to automate processes and move to a more agile business function. Through the use of technology, emerging applications, insights and cloud based solutions, we provide our clients with better granularity of data, improved transparency of costs to drive reduction, and enhanced financial planning and analysis to give CFO’s a greater insight into how to make their businesses more efficient with improved forecasting.

What you will be doing

  • Gaining exposure to EY and networking with colleagues from different levels of the business
  • Building your knowledge of our clients and how we support them
  • Taking part in a specific business area case study
  • Developing core skills in business writing, effective time management, client service and personal brand through structured learning and self-directed learning
  • Being supported by an EY mentor and buddy throughout

Programme length

Four weeks. Please note: Due to UK policies, you must be based in the UK for the entire duration of the programme.
