Programme Details

Our teams in Strategy, Risk and Technology help clients to navigate risks, process major transactions, implement new technology and deliver transformational change that will future-proof their firms. If you like problem-solving and working on innovative projects in a diverse team, this is the right path for you.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about the exciting projects we run, and meet representatives from our diversity networks, including inspiring women and members of our Black Experience team. As well as gaining an insight into the work you could be doing, you’ll also hear more about our values and inclusive culture.

Future Opportunities

Spring into Deloitte can also open new opportunities within the firm. After you’ve completed your programme, you could convert to our Summer Vacation Scheme or Industrial Placement in Strategy, Risk & Technology for 2027.

Please note, you won’t be able to switch after you choose a specific path for Spring into Deloitte so please do not apply for the role if you are interested in Audit or Tax.
