Responsibilities:

• Collate & analyse customer feedback & market intelligence to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Digital Marketing Support
• Using these insights, make recommendations to support the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the product team to define & quantify the opportunity of future marketing strategies to be developed.
• Contribute to the development of messaging and positioning to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations and product documentation.
• Track and report on expenditure against the Team marketing budget.

Requirements:

• You must currently be studying at a UK university and will be looking to complete a 12-month student internship as part of your undergraduate degree.
• Analytical mindset: able to gather and interprete data to inform marketing decisions
• Customer-centric: adept at empathising with customers to understand their needs, preferences and challenges
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills: able to communicate fluently and persuasively, both in writing and orally, with diverse stakeholders
• Organisational skills: comfortable managing multiple projects & prioritising tasks according to impact and time sensitivity
• Eagerness to learn: preferably with a passion for technology and a collaborative, can-do attitude
