Marketing and Sales Strategy Intern for WDW and DCL Review

I work in strategy, so my role involves assessing past marketing performance, creating future plans and goals, and getting involved in research to inform new marketing campaigns. This role involves collaborating with lots of different teams, presenting, analysis using Excel, and creating a strategic direction for the department.

I was given responsibility from my first week and got to present to the whole team within the first month. Since then, I have led my own projects from start to finish.

I have furthered my Excel skills significantly, improved in my capacity to present, improved my organisational skills and gained so much confidence in a working environment.

My managers were hugely supportive and invested in my personal development. They helped me understand my tasks and gave feedback throughout.

The company culture was excellent. I have felt at home in the office every day and made so many valuable connections. As interns, we are treated as part of the team with respect and positivity.

I thoroughly enjoyed my internship- it was even better than I could have imagined. I would recommend this role to anyone who is passionate about marketing and their own self-development.
