Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
• Manage interviews that may include international time zones, senior stakeholders, video or in person meetings and multiple interview stages
• Keep Candidates, Recruiters and Hiring Managers fully updated during the recruitment journey – providing professional and timely communication with internal and external contacts
• Responsible for creating a positive candidate experience for our applicants via timely and professional candidate engagement
• Maintain accurate, real-time records on Workday, our Applicant Tracking System and other systems as needed including Excel, MS Teams, Googledocs
• Provide general administration support to the Talent Acquisition Team depending on interview volumes – this could involve advertising roles, candidate administration, reporting, project support etc
• Working at pace in a high-volume environment, supporting Disney hiring practices across EMEA.
• Act as an ambassador for the Disney brand with a focus on Candidate Experience
