Our Birmingham graduate and placement programmes

Our renowned graduate and placement programmes operate in tandem, designed to ensure every new starter receives exceptional training and personalised support as they embark on their career journey. From the outset, you'll benefit from immersive training in Autodesk’s core programming language, C++—equipping you with robust skills to excel in your role.

Once you’ve completed your initial training, you’ll join a dynamic Scrum team focused on advancing Manufacturing capabilities within our innovative Design and Make platform, Fusion. Here, you’ll take part in meaningful, real-world projects destined for customer release, gaining hands-on experience working within a vast, collaborative codebase shaped by hundreds of talented developers.

If you choose to return to Autodesk as a graduate after your studies, you’ll have the chance to rotate through diverse Scrum teams. This unique opportunity allows you to deepen your technical expertise, forge valuable professional relationships, and fast-track your career progression from day one.
