Hiring Process

Our hiring process is broken down into 4 steps:

Application – This is your time to shine! Apply online for one of our roles. It shouldn’t take you long but make sure to have your education details to hand to speed up the process. Make sure to submit your application as early as possible as we will close roles as soon as they have reached capacity.
Online Assessment – Our online assessment covers how you communicate, build relationships and tackle challenges, as well as a short game to assess cognitive and social traits. You will be invited to complete this after you have submitted your application. It must be completed within 1-2 weeks otherwise we’ll assume you’re not interested and you place will be offered to someone else.
Assessment Centre – If you’re successful, you’ll be asked to attend an in-person assessment centre, undertaking activities with other candidates. Details vary by programme, but don’t worry this will be shared in advance.
Offers - It’s decision time. Once all assessment centres have taken place, we’ll be ready to update you. If we’re a match, our early careers recruitment team will be in touch to share our next steps for your career.
