Shape Your Internship Experience

Beginning June 2026, our 8‑week London‑based Summer Internship gives you the chance to work on projects that matter, grow your skills and see your ideas come to life. You’ll join one pathway (Investments, Technology, or Risk & Compliance) and work directly with specialists in that area.

How We Support You

Practical Training: Structured technical and core skills development so you can confidently contribute from day one.

Dedicated Buddy: Someone who’s recently been in your shoes to help you settle in and navigate working life.

Supportive Manager: Regular check‑ins, coaching and feedback to help you grow quickly and feel part of the team.

By the end of the summer, you’ll have hands‑on experience, stronger professional skills, a broader network and a clear sense of how a career at AustralianSuper could grow.

Investments: Support long‑term investment research, sector analysis and portfolio insights.

Technology: Work on data, engineering, cyber, cloud and digital tools that power a global fund.

Where You’ll Be Working

You’ll be based in our London office at 2 Pancras Square, King’s Cross, working in a hybrid model that blends collaboration with flexibility. Successful interns may be considered for our 2027 Graduate Program.
