I start of by cleaning the workshop after that I will either be working with a qualified mechanic or steam cleaning trucks

I am supposed to learn all the various methods, techniques and procedures of which are required to fulfil my role as a technician, instead I find myself steam cleaning 2-3 days a week, often driving for parts or Valeting trucks for the Sales department.

Helping to provide our workshop with parts for their jobs, parts availability and ordering. Also help customers with queries and completing email / over the phone orders.

Supporting users with issues and triarging cases and passing them over to the correct people. Password resets, installing software, creating/deleting user accounts, managing email addresses and email groups. Managing internal software such as Kerridge.

My role entails a lot like putting away stock, locating stock that has no location serving customers with truck parts and also serving a work shop with vehicle parts

I am a parts advisor here at barnsley and my main role is to look after the front counter and the workshop.

My day to day role would be to answer calls from customers and our other daf dealers helping them to recieve and send parts efficiently around the region. I would also pick and put away parts and serve the technicians on the back counter allowing them to...

As a main role, I serve the technicians and mechanics in our workshop; ordering or giving them the parts that they require for the job they are doing. This can range from small bolt and sealing plugs, to much larger items, such as radiators.

On a daily I am expected to clean the workshop, do services and any jobs I am given
