I never wanted to go to university as nobody in my family had been. Instead, I am gaining hands-on experience as a degree apprentice in our User Engagement team, dealing with user and PC queries. Every day is so different! My biggest achievement is becoming the ‘Siemens Higher Degree Apprentice of the Year’, which later led to me being awarded RateMyApprenticeship’s ‘North-West Business Apprentice of the Year’.
