“My role involves analysing data from the previous 24 hours and attending daily meetings. I run projects, organise performance meetings and coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Operations to find solutions to problems.

I was previously working on the production lines at Premier Foods and wanted to advance my career and learn more. This apprenticeship seemed like a great opportunity which I only started recently and have already won some awards.”
