Ebony-Lee says: “I decided to do an apprenticeship because I want to better myself and improve the skills I had previously gained as a Technical Operator. I’ve found it very positive learning new skills on a variety of new equipment and love how practical the course is. I’m a working mum so when I get home, I do coursework on my functional skills wherever possible.”
