What drew me to Premier Foods’ apprenticeship programme was the opportunity to develop myself in a subject that was always interesting for me – people management and business management. Ambition was one of my drivers, which always pushes me to learn and progress. If I can apply my learnings, then the feelings of achievement and success can be amazing.”
