Higher Level Apprenticeship
Prior to joining the apprenticeship programme, Jo was a teaching assistant for thirteen years. She had always completed her own DIY tasks at home and for friends and family, having a flair and passion for it.
Ten years ago, Jo enrolled on an on-line plumbing course but didn’t complete it due to family commitments. Now her son is growing up, she decided to pursue a job she knows she will enjoy and is loving her time as a Smart Energy Expert as British Gas fitting Smart Meters in customers’ homes.
