As someone coming straight out of university it seemed demanding and challenging which I thought was an excellent opportunity to embark upon for the long run of my career development.

Make the most it, be switched on and ask questions. Nerves are normal, everyone is going through the same process so just crack on and learn from the experience.

Since the start of the graduate scheme, I have been involved in training programs, workshops, and development days. Few months ago, I was enrolled onto a project management apprenticeship which is an excellent opportunity to drive my own career path.
