Graduate Project Supply Manager

Airbus has allowed me to apply my degree into real-world scenarios, and has given me the flexibility to learn continuously in several areas of the business. I’ve gained a broad understanding of the industry, whilst connecting with colleagues and external stakeholders all over the world. Airbus is a global company, with endless opportunities waiting to be seized.

The Airbus Global Graduate Programme offered both flexible rotations, and the chance to grow together as a cohort. I’ve been lucky enough to connect with business leaders and others on the programme around the world, from whom I’ve received priceless guidance and knowledge of how Airbus is shaping the future and pioneering sustainable aerospace. The graduate programme has nurtured my learning through regular workshops, our connectivity groups, and frequent travel.

My favourite moment, so far, has been our development week spent in the Airbus Leadership University in Toulouse. It was an amazing week spent connecting with my peers, listening to keynotes from business leaders, and getting involved in creative and thought-provoking projects.

My time at Airbus has been the perfect start to my career. I’ve learnt about countless different functions, undertaken several personal development projects, and have been tested and pushed throughout. My thoughts and ideas have always been taken seriously, and I’ve been able to grow in confidence, and learn from very skilled and experienced colleagues.
